Tyre & Rim
Incidents are limited to two claims per year. The limits will apply whether it is for one tyre, one rim or a tyre and rim that was damaged in the same incident less the betterment (refer to Betterment below) on the damaged tyre. Any outstanding amount will be for the client’s own account.

“Don’t be that guy.” Johnny told Jo about the amazing CCV Tyre & Rim warranty he bought for his new car. With cover for tyres, rims, battery, and even a contribution towards an excess, Johnny feels like a hero. Johnny likes to be prepared. With the CCV Tyre & Rim warranty, he has peace of mind. Jo, on the other hand, declined the CCV Tyre & Rim warranty from the dealership when he bought his car.
A few days later, Jo burst a tyre and destroys his vehicle’s mags as he ran into a pavement… Don’t be that guy.
TYRE & RIM PROVIDES THE CLIENT WITH THE FOLLOWING COVER:
TYRE & RIM
This policy provides cover against any accidental damage to tyres and rims fitted on the vehicle. If your tyres and/or rims need repairs or replacing due to accidental damage, they will be replaced with tyres/rims of a similar specification and value as fitted to the vehicle when the loss occurred.
BATTERY ASSIST
In the unfortunate event of a faulty vehicle battery that is unrepairable, we will cover up to R1 800 towards a new battery replacement.
EXCESS ASSIST
In the event of an accident, theft or hi-jacking the excess can be far higher than expected and may take the vehicle owner by surprise. We will cover up to R3,500 towards the vehicle owner’s excess amount.
ROADSIDE ASSIST
Have peace of mind when your car breaks down next to the road, we are on our way to assist. We cover tow-in charges, overnight accommodation and provide 24-hour roadside assistance.
